Bought for an HP laptop, works and charges as intended. There are some concerns about the safety of these chargers. They don't look like they have actual certifications like UL (Underwriters Laboratories) global certification. Another very important part is the warning label itself. Understandably, when products are shipped from China (or any other country) and then translated, translations are not always good. The following is a warning (literal): Warning: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. The packaging could be better too, no extra plastic strap or wrapping needed. Otherwise so far so good. If an unofficial product is used, the risk is entirely with us and not with the supplier/third party.
