It is very easy for a person selling (or shipping) a product to just send the pole and forget about the necessary fasteners.
It's just a metal rod, not something that looks like it's meant to be attached to wire shelves. There is no hardware to attach this to wire shelves. It is not what is shown in the picture. It's just a metal rod with screws on the ends. This is a good quality metal bar if all you want is a good metal bar. Update: I contacted Laurell and the article should have tips. However, since the item is boxed, it is very easy for the seller to ship only part of the pole. Laurell will supply the missing parts but they are already on order so it will take a few weeks. I really can't leave a more helpful review until I have the rest of the parts.
