Review on KEOUKE Rotary Handheld Grater Slicer - Vegetable Cheese Shredder with Stainless Steel Peeler (White): The Perfect Kitchen Companion by Rodney Handy

I bought this last week and used it to grind a block of Kraft sharp cheddar and a block of Colby. IT didn't work at all! All he did was mash the cheese along the grater in the chute, it didn't even come out of the chute into my bowl. I was wondering what I was doing wrong, so I googled "why isn't my chopper shredding cheese?" All the suggestions were to keep the cheese cold or put it in the freezer for 15-30 minutes. Mine was taken out of the fridge but I spent about 20 minutes in the freezer and still no luck! I'm not sure if I just have a bad block. The reviews say everything works for them. Mine doesn't and I'm very disappointed!
