Review on Komelon SM5425 Gripper Acrylic Measuring Tape: Reliable Precision and Easy Handling by Luis Adu

I always try to go beyond surface properties and add quality, value and application. Most importantly, I always end a review with an answer as to whether I would buy the product again, which I think is the most important question about this product. Manufacturer: If you would like me to review your products, just let me know! I love this measuring tape from Komelon Gripper Speed-Mark. My old thin/cheap one I used above finally got me to the brink of wanting a new one. I have a handyman that I use too, but it's in the "shop". If you're using a cheap tape measure, you know how to get the tape to stay stretched as you bend, since the metal used in the tape is cheap. Not so with this Comelon. It is very durable. Holding the tape measure, I can actually pull it out almost 8 feet without support before it "breaks". Pretty incredible. Also, the gray band is very legible and I like that the dimensions are in 1/8 increments with unregistered 1/16 marks. The rolling mechanism is smooth and the locking mechanism is strong and reliable. Roulette is one of those things that is easy to skimp on early in life if you don't understand what the difference in quality is. And then when you upgrade, you'll never come back. Such is the case with this Komelon and easily redeemable when I need another one. I even considered replacing my trusty handyman.
