These risers/extensions come with six bolts and four lock washers. Three M8 screws; two right turns, one reverse turn. Three M10 screws; two right turns; a backward movement. Two lock washers for M10 threads and two lock washers for M8 threads. My entry was a 2019 Yamaha Tracer 900 (formerly FJ-09) that required an M10 right turn and M10 back turn. I didn't use lock washers because I prefer thread lock.
