I love my new ITSMILERS non-stick frying wok! In late spring of this year, I gave my old non-stick wok to my son as a gift because I found it so difficult to use to make chicken fried rice, one of our family's favorite dishes. Rheumatoid arthritis has caused many deformities in my hands and fingers, but that doesn't stop me to cook on good days, I'm clearing dishes and cutlery right now and keep trying. I thought maybe a non-stick pot would be better for making chicken fried rice. After a long search and endless comparisons, my decision was made and I bought an ITSMILERS pan with hard anodized and non-stick coating. Yes, it did its job well and made fried rice a little easier for me, but it wasn't the same as wok frying rice. Since then I have used the pan for many things and I really like it. But when I saw ITSMILLERS have a new non-stick stir fry, I really wanted to try stir fried rice again. Tonight I made my favorite chicken rice in my new wok and it's perfect! I don't know why but I found it much easier cook in this wok than my old one and the pan itself is much lighter. I felt in good control of the situation even when cooking with deformed fingers and hands. I really enjoyed using the spatula that came with the wok, again it was very easy for me to use. Hand washing it was a breeze, no dishwasher required, and it fits perfectly in my closet as it sits right above the pot. Now that I have this wok, I no longer need the fried rice pan!
