Something appears to be broken inside where the bulb and ring hold together and will not come loose on a bulb. If the new ones work the way I'm using them, the review will be updated quickly. I would like to see the tabs on the collar. Those on the inner ring with the screw that attaches the lamp body to the ring were also metal. However, they generally have a very nice look and build quality. Update I received my replacement parts and they fit very well. They work very well for my first drive with low or high beam. They are brighter and slightly whiter than previous LEDs. Although they are brighter, they actually have a denser sweet or hot spot. Not to say that it is too narrow, but more accurate and does not have the wrong direction of light. The previous ones weren't bad in this regard, but these have improved significantly. The only problem that I luckily didn't have to adjust is the ability to adjust 360°. The animated GIF is a poor guide on how to do this and doesn't even show that the star screw you are adjusting is actually under the inner collar. You remove the screw by sliding this inner ring and you can sync the bulb in x-degree increments. However, those 360 degrees make no sense. To be fair, many companies are doing the same thing, although it's not quite right yet. They are mounted on a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria with Original Equipment headlight reflectors.
