Split design A+: my feedback
I messed up my crank bolt and a new one is not available. This split design worked perfect so I could start on good threads instead of bad threads.
Pros
- The 7/16-20 SAE size of the die makes it compatible with a wide range of wheel studs and bolts, allowing for greater versatility and usefulness in a variety of automotive repair situations
Cons
- The product may not be able to repair threads on bolts or studs with non-standard thread pitches or sizes
