SnapPower experience was disappointing

I was eager to check out SnapPower's online store as a homeowner in need of lighting and home renovation supplies. Unfortunately, I was disappointed and irritated by my interaction with the company. First off, I found their web store to be challenging to browse and unclear. I wasted a lot of time reading through pages of pointless stuff in an attempt to identify the precise products I was looking for. Additionally, I found that their pricing were much higher than those of other similar stores when I eventually found the items I was looking for. I was further dismayed to discover that some of the items in my order were faulty or damaged when I received my order. The products had been carelessly placed into the box without any padding or covering, indicating that little thought had been given to the packaging and shipping process. Even worse, I received unhelpful and rude responses when I tried to call their customer support team to resolve the issue. It was obvious that they were not interested in addressing my issues or making sure I was happy with my purchase. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone in need of lighting or home renovation supplies to buy SnapPower. It was an unpleasant and unsatisfactory experience due to their unclear web store, excessive prices, low-quality products, and useless customer support.
