I like how easy it was to set up for our department. It's not too confusing or hard to use. I especially like the customer service support we receive when an issue arises. The program can be difficult to understand at times, but once you figure out how to navigate your way through it, it works well. The main problem we are trying to resolve is employee training with regards to our new system. We are also looking to see if it can allow users to access their information from other devices as they travel within the facility. The ease of use for our clients to be able to login and see their spendings with all their vendors in one place. I would like to have more features available such as being able to run reports but they are working hard at making this happen! We are using it to keep track of vendor invoices and payments. It also helps us stay up to date when we don't receive paper statements from some of our vendors.
