Small size Holds up well
These little silicone backs are small but hold the earring in place very firmly. And with 200 in a box, if you drop one (you fall out) it really doesn't matter. Now I can safely wear jewelry box earrings that are missing one or both backs. For me a great and cheap purchase. Highly recommended!
