Review on The Nimble Thimble Co. Small Thimble, Black by Jason Dinh

I had a small thimble from Nimble many years ago that is now too small for my finger. I thought it would be better to buy one size bigger. I'm disappointed to find that the latest version of these thimbles changed them in the wrong way. First, the average size is much larger than my small. Second, the shape is flared like a bell and is more suitable for the thumb than the finger. Finally they replaced the thick leather with thin leather + waffle composite lining which is much less stiff and durable. This simply means that the thimble will not stick to the finger and thus become unusable. I'll look on ebay for the old version.
