I received my backpack this morning, it's the perfect size, not too big and not too small. I used something smaller, but I needed a backpack that would fit all my needs (because the word "essential @" has been in use for the last 6 almost 7 months). I saw that there were many fantastic reviews! The only thing I would like to change is the back zip pocket and slip pockets inside. They are too small for my cell phone. Otherwise this is a great bag! Will use it today when I travel. The shoulder strap is perfect! I've been using this backpack for almost a week, I love it! I need a large bag and this fits my needs. ❤️
