November 2020 - Bought a few weeks ago, shipping took two weeks despite paying for two days shipping. Just installed and used for the first time. The wireless remote control is faulty, one of the main reasons I bought this The winch randomly pulses and I had to use a wired one.Not the reason I rate it so low.My problem is the rope is damn and damaged.Is this a warranty item?Right now I have a damaged rope that probably won't be its full will pull weight without breaking.UPDATE - Zeak ignored this and emailed her directly.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE.* Update June 2021 - 8 months - still ignored, winch definitely defective. :( UPDATE - after checking with Revain CS and received Seeking a refund Zeak Global decided to ask me if I had a problem - EIGHT MONTHS LATER I'm still waiting for my new W inde - from someone else - and had to move the magazine. It stuttered but still pulled. Check out the photo showing what he did to my trailer when he decided not to turn when I wanted to. I used a pulley to guide a log attached to the back of the trailer. I unplugged the controller before this happened - it didn't stop. He dipped the hook into the reel and moved on. When I got to the clutch and put it on a free spool, my trailer was destroyed. He ran and ran while I ran to find a wrench to disconnect the battery. Zeak Global now owes me a new trailer.
