I need to replace my old rusty bread pans and I'm starting to think what I consider 'standard'. Size' doesn't exist anymore. This pan is smaller in every way, it's like a mini bread pan. I will definitely not keep any of the recipes I make for banana bread, sponge cakes, etc. The photos show this mini skillet with it Gold next to my rusty silver pan. Even if the mini size is right for you, this pan is very light and too steep. Flash from top to bottom. It will come out a loaf of a very odd shape.
