Is this the best eyeshadow palette I've ever used? no Is it the worst? no When using this product I encountered a lot of fallout at first which I can ignore if the product is any good, but when I applied it to both primed and unprimed eyes there was simply no pigmentation. I had high expectations for the product and the price was decent, but it's just not for me.
