I wanted to like it but I'm a little disappointed. However, I like the design and color, and the strap causes no complaints. The packaging is very simple. Zippered plastic that's good for what it is. Too bad I didn't take a picture of the packaging. The bezel attached to the bracelet has a very noticeable scratch which makes it look used and not new as you can see from the photos I posted. I've had it for 2 days and on the first day, while sleeping, the group shifted out of line. see attached photo. If this happens again I will return it! The strap doesn't have a lock like other Fitbit watch straps, so I think it pops out.
