The idea of buying this hair clipper came to me while taking my 92 year old father to see an orthopedist. They used something very similar to cut off his nail-hard toenails. I bought them mainly for my husband. He's a bit scared of them but I think he's just an old dog stuck in his ways. I have used them on my much shorter toenails and have found that they can be trimmed very precisely. They are very comfortable to hold and feel very secure.
