This thermometer is a great addition to my home and kitchen. As my tests showed, the thermometer is very accurate and easy to read. The lightbeam feature is amazing and it lights up in the dark, which is very useful. The probe is long enough to reach deep into the food and the material is durable. However, the only downside is that it requires a battery to operate. Overall, I highly recommend this thermometer for anyone who loves cooking and wants to improve their kitchen game.
