After having favorable results with the conditioner balm, I decided to get the shampoo. The aroma is intoxicating, and it reminds one of a woodsy-vanilla shampoo. The balm also has this aroma. Because of the combination of the two products that were used, a sophisticated scent is left behind on the hair. This is something that is very important to me. The shampoo comes in a bottle that is easy to open and close, which is a feature that I truly appreciate. I would say that typical amounts of shampoo are used, neither too little nor too much, and that it washes and rinses out of the hair effectively. The hair is glossy and smooth after being washed, but I'm not sure how it looks after being washed with shampoo alone because I don't use that product on my own hair. My only experience with it is when combined with the balm.
