this is really cool! They have a detachable necklace/strap that helps my special needs children to carry them with them at all times. They are insanely durable; my australian shepherd got one while i was away for the day and all she had was a few tags on her. It usually grinds rubbery products in a matter of seconds. I'm really shocked she didn't rip it off. Other than that, they are HUGE. A small child will not easily be able to put all this in his mouth. Actually I took one and tried it and it doesn't fit in my mouth unless I feel like gagging. But yeah, overall a great product.
