Bought these after my pool pump started squeaking like a banshee. For the price I decided it was better to take 15 and use the best two from the set. It turns out that they are all of the same quality, that is, good quality. Given the wet application, I didn't attempt to remove the seals to repackage the lube like others do, but I didn't feel the need for them. Honestly, if the bearings last a season or two and I need to replace them, I'm fine with that. In the rest of this review I will leave some tips for those trying to implement the same project as me. Disassembling the engine was a nightmare. All four thru bolts popped due to 24 hour exposure to oil ingress, light manual torque and impact. When I finally took it apart I found that the bolts were stuck to the body (tabs) due to galvanic corrosion. Even when twisting with a vise (flush with aluminum) it still broke. As a result, I rebored them (badly). I've found that the Tractor Supply Company sells 8-32 12" threaded rods that work great. Coated them with anti-seize paste (aluminum material). through these thru bolts one at a time and coat them with an anti-seize coating. This was the hardest part of this project. Do not replace bearings, but work with through bolts. After 1 week the bearings are working perfectly, in fact so well that I forgot how quiet the motor should be. Satisfied customer.
