Dirty Nasty People on Headphones

Was absolutely disgusting, when they arrived they were covered in earwax and the charging case was badly damaged with dents and scratches. I refused to use them because of earwax The quality was a million times better, never had to buy those Sony headphones you couldn't even wax or replace the tips?
