I'm realistic about the cost of quality pond equipment. Sock nets are one of the best ways to transport koi and other ornamental fish. The idea is that the fish are caught in the water they used to live in and then released through the net. This requires a decent non-porous material for the front and a mesh part on the back of the sock. This net has several disadvantages that make the price unjustified. The handle for this network is removable and snaps securely into place. Unfortunately the connection is held in place with 2 screws, one of which is cross-threaded and only partially inserted on arrival (see photo). bend under the weight of water and large fish. The non-porous portion was poorly sewn and had visible holes. The mesh used for the porous part was not thin enough which could cause damage to the fish as scales could get caught in it. It's just not worth the money. In the worst case it works, but I'm sending it back. I hope you found this helpful.
