Of course, what I expected from such a small device, but it's hard to understand what someone is saying, the sound quality is so bad. The worst thing about this item is the incredibly poor instructions that come with it. I don't understand why these companies can't hire someone who writes English grammatically correct and double checks their instructions before sending them out. Parts of the instructions are just gibberish, that's badly written. It worked, but I had to download the sound file to a computer with a decent sound system to hear it properly. I have no hearing problems. Finally, they got me jumping through hoops that if I leave a good review, I'll get a $20 Amazon gift card. I did exactly what they said. Guess what? All of this was a lie. There was no gift card. So take the other 5 star reviews here with a lot of salt.
