I needed a new travel lock and wanted to get away from the keys in case I accidentally lost them. Setting up the code was easy and I thought we were in good shape. I will say that the loop is a little bigger than expected. Well, my bags arrived safely in Thailand, but I found that one of them no longer had a lock. Then, after a few seconds, I see the buckle on the belt, and the loop is broken. It still looked locked but apparently the metal cord had snapped in transit. I really wanted to like this product but I think it's just not very durable damn only 1 of them made 1 trip! So now I have ONE overpriced lock and am afraid to use it again for fear the lock will not protect my luggage as it might break en route.
