I used the 2 largest pots in the oven at 400 degrees to cook food for dinner. Both molds were oiled and the oven preheated. Everything was done on time so I put the food away and put the pots aside to wash later. When the pans cooled down, I poured water in to loosen the food residue in the pans. Then I used a kitchen sponge and dish soap and washed them. They were easy to clean, but the white color was heavily soiled. Looking closer I saw that most of the finish was missing on the large pan and was flaking to a lesser extent on the second pan. I will not change, I will return the money.
