Okay, don't judge me. I bought them for the aesthetics. I love all things black and recently found black charcoal toothpaste so the idea of pairing it with an all black toothbrush was too good to pass up. I chose this particular item because the price was reasonable for the quantity and I won't miss the opportunity to bring chic black and white toothbrushes to my bathroom. And they're just as chic in real life, believe me. As a lover of electric brushes, I am happy to hold something so simple in my hands again. I don't know if these brushes work as well as my Sonicare, but I didn't get them as a replacement; extras only - in fact as each comes in its own box with its own plastic cap on the head I will be making them my travel toothbrushes! Plus, you know, leaving them hanging around in the bathroom alongside black toothpaste, charcoal teeth whitening powder, black face wash, and black mud mask — I told you I did. Love. Black. These toothbrushes are officially on my must-have list for a modern, slightly gothic bathroom. Buy them if you love black!
