They were cheap even compared to those used in port charters so I wasn't expecting much. Port cargo appears to be more durable as it is made up of multiple layers of solid steel compared to foil. The hinges don't appear to be welded on, so I wouldn't use them to secure something too heavy. Also, 7 of the 20 I received would not snap into the E-rail and stayed in place when tested. I expected about 3 of them not to snap properly. So about 65% works, so 3 out of 5 stars.
