Very handy in inverters

After searching every inch of my new (used) car I was shocked to find that it didn't have a 110/120 output. I often work on my laptop on long trips, so having a regular car outlet is not a question of convenience or luxury. This adapter went on sale around the same time so I bought it at a great price. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how light and compact it is. I was able to hide it in the car's center console for quick access when needed, and out of sight/out of sight when not in use. Great purchase and glad I have this base.
