the customer support is good, they do care about customer satisfaction. The customer experience is very good, the speed of service works as promised. I have only used this VPN once so far, the speed is fast and easy to use with all platforms devices. It is quite easy to set up and connect to. I wish i could say more positive things about them but I did not have my computer running when i used the VPN so cannot give any feedback regarding how it worked for me personally in that respect. They have great prices for low end plans. My recommendation would be get the free plan and if you like it then move to their paid options. Privacy protection with no way your data is accessible to anyone. Good product with very low price. Security is excellent, no logs are kept which makes it easy to use in an office setting or for personal usage without worry of being tracked by anyone else at home/work etc., price seems high compared with other providers but that's just my opinion I would highly recommend this product if you require security over privacy as well then great! You can't beat their customer support either they're very helpful when needed. No issues so far using them while traveling from different countries (Spain).
