Broke after 13 months!

This item lasted 13 months and all 3 blinds I bought broke within 2 weeks. The cheap plastic pieces holding the springs broke and the entire curtain fell down. I didn't even use them when they broke. It sounded like my window had been shattered. Thank goodness I only used them in one bedroom and never bothered to buy them for the rest of the house. DO NOT BUY unless you intend to replace them every year and risk injury or breaking something due to the spring coming out of the top case! Very cheap and quite dangerous!

Pros

Blinds can be installed inside or outside the window frame and are easy to operate by simply holding the bottom rail and raising or lowering it to the desired height.
