Review on hellomybot by Carlos Barete

I like that it's fast, easy-to-use platform with all of my needs in one place (ChatBot Builder). The chatbots are not as good - they don't have many features yet but if you're looking at building your own bot this service has helped me get started! It was great having everything together so we could build our bots quickly without needing any experience coding them ourselves. So far there isn’t much else i dislike about their product which makes sense considering how early stage it still is. We've been able to use these tools to interact directly with customers via text messaging while also collecting data from those conversations using Watson Assistant.
