My first pair of headphones came broken, so I issued a replacement for them. The seller was very friendly and they shipped very quickly. Overall, these headphones exceeded my expectations. They are my first pair of headphones so I cannot compare the sound quality to more expensive/different brand headphones, but I would say the sound quality is pretty good. I can hear the audio clearly.More info:The battery life lasted about a week for me. Only uses about around 10% for 5-8 hours.Very minimal noise leak at high volumes!Comfy (however, my ears start to hurt after a few hours)Background noise gets muffled, and you can't really hear your voice if you talk with these on
