It stopped working after using it several times as a desktop speaker at work. It wasn't even exposed to water like it should be! I noticed that it was almost empty when the battery died shortly after charging. I ended up having to charge it frequently and then eventually plug it in. At first it showed the battery status on my phone's screen, but it stopped showing. Now it is completely broken because there is no sound even when I press the buttons. The keys beeped, announcing the connection. It connected to my old iPhone 6s Plus, changed volume and songs, but there was NO SOUND! Not only that, my new iPhone 11 pro doesn't even recognize the device. I can't do anything but throw it in the trash! What a waste of money!
