and it booted up and ran just fine. I might get one just to act as .

I have not had any issues with this router yet.I purchased it for pfsense, but put in an old laptop SSD which had windows 10 in it, and it booted up and ran just fine. I might get one just to act as my hdhomerun DVR.----Update:Like I said, it ran windows 10 just fine.I did install pfsense and have been using this as my primary router with no issues. It took a few days to get everything setup to my liking with multiple subnet & vlans. Performance of the VPN is only limited by my ISP and remote router (300Mbps down, 30Mbps up)I tested LAN to Guest network throughput and was able to get 1Gbps in either direction or 850Mbps in both directions combined with 35% peak CPU.

Pros
  • As a rackmount device, this appliance is designed to save valuable floor space in data centers and server rooms, while its Firewall, VPN, and Router capabilities ensure network security, privacy, and reliability
Cons
  • Complex Setup: Setting up the network security appliance can be a complex and time-consuming process, requiring technical expertise and specialized knowledge that may not be readily available for all businesses
