The fact that I can do different exercises with this belt and it stays put is pretty impressive. I ended up buying 2 of these

I was a little skeptical about using the combat harness system as I'm used to taking everything off the chest/body armor holder. But I have to say I was impressed. The fact that I can do different exercises with this belt and it stays put is pretty impressive. I ended up buying 2 of these, one for my actual SHTF kit and the other for blank fire training. Both have almost the same structure, but with different elements. worth your money.
