When I was looking for new furniture for my living area, I discovered the online store Joveco. The assortment appeared to be adequate, and the prices appeared to be within a reasonable range at first glance. As a result, I went ahead and placed an order for a couch, a coffee table, and a side table. That was the moment when the nightmare started! The coffee table initially arrived with a fractured leg when it was delivered. After speaking with customer support, I was instructed to return the item in order to receive a replacement. It took two weeks for the replacement table to appear, and when it did, it had the exact same problem as the original! Because I was so annoyed, I asked for a refund, but they said they would only reimburse the cost of the table and not the shipping charge. I was so upset that I asked for a refund. When the sofa finally arrived, we discovered that we had ordered the incorrect color! Once again contacting customer support, I was instructed to return the item in order to receive a replacement. This time, it took three weeks for the replacement sofa to arrive, and even though the color was accurate, it was missing a leg! At that point, I had given up any chance of getting the sofa, so I asked for a refund for it as well. When the side table finally arrived, it turned out to have a significant blemish on the surface! This time, I didn't even bother to call customer support; instead, I just made the decision to keep it because I didn't want to have to deal with the hassle any longer. In general, I found shopping at Joveco's internet store to be an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience. Their products arrived broken, incorrect, and lacking components when they were shipped. In addition to that, their customer support was not very helpful. Anyone who is searching for home and kitchen, furniture, or living room furniture is not going to get a recommendation from me for Joveco. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
