I have this bracket to mount a 40 inch TV in the corner of a room. Very simple and easy assembly instructions. However, the guide doesn't specify how far from the corner you should install the main mount for any TV under 55 inches. So I had two choices, one was 19 inches and the other was about 10 inches. I went with a 10 inch stud and I'll admit the TV looks good but freedom is limited. Not that it matters, but it was worth the "star". Another thing to note are the main bracket mounting screws, aka 1/4" x 4" wood screws, which are too long. But with patience you can use them. Finally, plastic mounting covers are CHEAP. I broke both of the tabs holding them in place so I just had to throw the caps away. Otherwise no problem. I just think the factory could improve a few things to get 5 stars every time!
