Pulley Bolt Removal Tool

My car is a 2003 Accord V6. The tool worked well for me when replacing the timing belt on my car. The fit is a bit sloppy as other reviewers have pointed out, but that can be remedied by wrapping it in duct tape or aluminum foil. The loose fit may be intentional to ensure it fits the pulley seat; a little less is better than a little more. In my case I used a large magnet to hold the tool in the pulley recess. There are several videos on YouTube showing the use of the tool in combination with a floor mounted pry bar, a socket inside the tool on a pulley bolt and a socket extension attached to the pry bar with the socket extension supported on a jack. I sprayed WD40 on the bolt head and shook it lightly with an impact wrench. The impact wrench didn't have enough power to pull the bolt out, but a 2 foot pry bar with a 2 foot extension did the trick. I've found that impact wrench extensions work better than regular extensions; Impact extensions are thicker and therefore yield less than traditional extensions when a pulley bolt breaks out.
