UPDATE - MarchI changed 2 stars to 5 because of the EXCELLENT customer service experience.My issue was resolved in a timely manner. I received very prompt & courteous replies to my emails. Replacement headset was sent out right away with tracking info & I received them in 3 days!I really wanted to love these headphones. I go to the gym 6 days a week & I wanted something without a cord that were not earbuds for when I did cardio. I received these the middle of December & by mid February they just stopped working. I always kept them in the case when I was not using them. I charged them when the indicator told me to. I was listening when I was working out the other day and with no notice, no low battery reminder, no nothing, they just stopped working. They will not charge or turn on. I never dropped them, they never got wet, I always stored them in the case. I am really bummed out. It would be nice if some of these products would last longer than 2 months!
