. I received a faulty color cartridge in my combo kit which has arrived and immediately contacted support through their website. Allison was friendly and willing to work on a solution. It quickly turned out that there was a visible defect in the print head of the cartridge. A replacement was sent without hesitation and arrived within a few days. When it got here I tested, installed and tested it and it worked as intended. The quality of the ink seems to be on par with well-known brand inks. Over the next few weeks we'll see how the 60XL cartridges fare, which should print three times more pages than regular #60 cartridges. For now, Smart Ink looks like a champion and a strong competitor for the inexpensive yet high-quality brand. a replacement for top brands that charge TOO MUCH to replace ink cartridges.
