Welds were not completed on one end
Cat flange to manifold weld was not completed. so it will work. I'm sure it was an isolated case. Today I have to get back on the road, so maybe an exhaust store. All other seams were fine. I wish I didn't have to spend $30 to finish the part for myself that should have been done from the start.
