Price etc. I wasn't expecting a quality product but I was expecting a little more than what I received. Unfortunately I don't even have words to describe how cheaply and terribly this skirt was made. I usually steam most of my clothes and I was about to do that because this skirt had a lot of creases from being folded in the packaging. But when I took it out of the box it was so thin I thought it would break just by opening it. It would certainly melt if I applied even a little heat. Needless to say I returned it. (I haven't even tried it on.)
