Really EASY! on my review.

I thought I would need to use the screws, but I decided to start with adhesive alone. The cabinet it’s on is used multiple times daily and the Magnet works like a charm and the adhesive continues to be tight. Really super product.

They provide a simple and elegant solution for keeping your cabinets and drawers closed

Cons

Does not work well with non-standard cabinet designs
