I thought it was impossible! Hammocks are the epitome of comfort- and mind you, I have had great success with hammocks before- and yet, this hammock is uncomfortable. Not just a little uncomfortable, no. Very uncomfortable. This is due to several factors. One, the hammock is unstable, so if, -heaven forbid- you try to roll over or shift at all, you will most likely tip the balance and be dumped out- onto the floor- in an undignified heap. Two, it lacks the stretch required to make it comfortable, and to prevent the aforementioned falling out. The fabric is not particularly soft either, although this is not really a big issue. I will give it credit, it was fairly easy to assemble( the instructions were not overly helpful). Overall, it looks nice, but it does not work well at all- and it was so displeasing I am going through the effort of returning it.
