My Attempt at Mastering Chinese Proved to be a "Creative " Flop

Despite first impressions, MasterChinese is not a safe sanctuary for creative types. I was looking forward to trying their items, however I was left feeling quite let down. The sumi brushes they "expertly crafted" were useless. After only a few uses, the bristles were already torn and falling out. Furthermore, their calligraphy tools. Don't even start me off on it. Watery and of poor quality, the ink made my writing appear as though it had been done by a first grader. The same can be said about their arts and crafts supply collection, which left me wanting. They seemed intent on cramming as many things as possible onto their site without giving any thought to whether or not those products were any good. Worse yet, their support for existing customers was terrible. It took them more than a week to answer my email asking a query I had regarding one of their items. When I did hear back from them, the information they provided was useless and condescending. To sum up, MasterChinese is not a program I would suggest to anyone. Go to a better art supplies store and save yourself the trouble.

Pros
  • Numerous options for art supplies
Cons
  • There may be delays in shipping.
