The best thing about them for me is that they stay in place once in place and also have a nice textured grip. This prevents my feet from slipping when I stand on them while sitting in the car. I've noticed that they can be a little thinner than competing mats, but at this price point it's a fair compromise that I don't think will affect me. I also like that they don't have silly names or logos. Lots of other rugs have their stupid, unheard brands printed on them, which I just don't care. In any case, it looks cleaner.
