[UPDATE 06/05/2020] NOW I am giving this item 5 stars because the customer service I have received has been nothing short of phenomenal. Although this product only worked with one of my headsets, the communication and time spent by a customer service representative looking for a solution was amazing. They offered to replace the item for free as they thought it was defective, but I declined because the item was only being used as a temporary fix in my setup. I do not believe this item is defective. I believe there may be an issue with portability if a headset doesn't work. After explaining this to a customer service representative, they partially refunded the money on my behalf. I believe that this type of customer service should be recognized. I didn't expect this level of communication from a $10 item. But it happened, and I'm both thankful and grateful. This item looks great and works very well for my 1 headset. If for any reason the product doesn't work with your headset, rest assured that the support team will fix everything!
