I received a Mountain Dream TV wall mount. Unfortunately, my wall stud spacing is 24 inches, which exceeds this product's 16 inch capacity. PLEASE remember to measure the distance between the spikes before purchasing any mount, not just this one. Most mounts only cover 16 inches, so check the mount specs and stud spacing before purchasing. I was frustrated that the mount didn't meet my needs so I left a bad review, I shouldn't have been in such a hurry as it wasn't really Mountain Dreams fault, 16" is relatively standard. The good folks at Mountain Dream contacted me shortly after. after I got their mount and they worked with me to set up my TV. They really went above and beyond to not only elevate this TV but also to place it unobtrusively, I didn't want it to be far from the wall. I really appreciate all of their tech support and polite emails. I am happy to change my review of you and your product to be as good as possible. The Mountain is a bargain from the get-go, but The Mountain, coupled with their stellar support, makes it the deal of the century (well, maybe not the century, but at least the best deal I've had all year). I recommend this mount to anyone who needs a reliable and secure low-end mount with no frills.
